Debbie literally restructured my policy, secured me with a great rate and provided me the necessary paperwork......all in less time than most companies have you on hold listening to elevator music! What's more, she seemed HAPPY to help.

Not only is she so knowledgeable, she is very personable, ive dealt with her for over 25yrs, and I've never been disapointed.
I would recommend her for any of your travel insurance, she will guide you through everything. To the best of my memory she is the only registered travel insurance specialist in the Soo.

Will not be renewing my insurance with this company. In fact, all of my family and friends will also be leaving. It’s been almost a whole year of being overcharged on my policy. What I am being billed is not what I was quoted, about 50$ extra. Stacy assured me she would look into it and get it fixed but I am now nearing the end of my policy with absolutely no action. Emails not being answered. Blaming it on the insurance “not our fault”, absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the attention to detail is non existent. My address on my policy is incorrect with spelling mistakes. I was promised I would be refunded for the overdraft charges I have been incurring due to being charged more that what I was quoted, and obviously this didn’t happen. Won’t be coming back here as they basically have stolen money from me. Brutal.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam Shier, an insurance representative with Algoma Insurance. I required liability insurance for my small business and he was extremely helpful and took the time to explain things to me in detail. He was very professional and was able to arrange the coverage I needed at a great rate!!! I would highly recommend this company for all your insurance needs!
