After a lot of procrastinating I finally made my way to Nonna's met with a warm smile and giant hug picked up my giant veal sandwich and tray of lasagna the food was,SOOOOO AUTHENTIC ITALIAN nothing compares the price was fair and I will be a loyal customer for eternity and the bonus is she is within walking distance

5 stars on the Veal sandwich! I ordered with sauce on the side and the perfect amount of heat with hot peppers, mushrooms and onions.
It was a huge sandwich and so delicious!
Very nice people and very accommodating with pick up time.
Glad I came for the veal!

If I had the opportunity to leave more stars I would. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!! My husband had the Veal Sandwich and he cannot stop raving about it. My daughter and I shared an order of spaghetti & meatballs, absolutely delicious. Do yourself a favour and order from here!

Wow! We live very close but only just found out about Nonna's Cucina, from the LCBO magazine showing they had runner up for best veal sandwich in Ontario. My husband and I were very impressed. We had a sandwich each for dinner but there is so much food we had it for dinner, lunch the next day and I still have about a quarter left for snack later. They re-heated up well. We will definitely be back for more.

I have been a California Veal Sandwich gal for 40 years until I had one at Nonna's Cucina. OMG! What a sandwich! BEST VEAL SANDWICH EVER! The chef is so pleasant; her food is cooked to perfection; you can really see she takes pride in her cooking. I can taste why. In truth, one sandwich would be enough for me and my husband, but I just cannot share it. Her portions are very generous. If you are ever in Alcona Innisfil, you should try to get one. You will not regret it.

Ordered for the first time the chicken cutlet. AMAZING!!! My favorite yet. Super big portion, super tasty but not over flavored. Perfect and the tomatoe sauce on it was on point. I will be back for more 🙂
