I was assisted by Chanpreet from Nationwide Travel for my travel needs. She went above and beyond in guiding me from booking my ticket, all my questions in between, and upon arrival at my destination what to expect there. She even called me the night before to explain the process again and to make sure I had a safe journey and not feel overwhelmed. Chanpreet even messaged me when I reached my destination and when I returned from my trip to see if I was safe and had a pleasant journey. It felt so nice to see my travel agent caring this much. Chanpreet is a true gem to the company and I truly wish she opens her own agency as people like her are needed with great customer service skills. I highly recommend Nationwide Travel.
