I purchased a gift card online for my elderly parents to enjoy a river cruise and a meal. They went there to book the cruise and their meal choice. They were very excited about this cruise and I was thrilled to find this great gift idea for them. The evening of the cruise there was a thunderstorm so the cruise was postponed till the following week. They got there, their third trip there, looking forward to the cruise. They inquired and were told it was canceled, no storm this time. The person told them that the majority of people wanted their money refunded after the cruise was canceled due to the storm the week before. No one told my parents this. Now, the unprofessional person working there told my parents that they really prefer that people book the cruise online. Since my parents don’t do that, they were given their gift card back and now have to redeem it at the restaurant and are unable to enjoy the cruise.
I am very upset with this level of service being provided to elderly guests.
At this point, I really wish I’d never purchased this cruise and meal.

Bought gift certificates for my parents. Restaurant couldn't redeem them nor are the accepted on the booking website. The workaround was to call the owner, read the card numbers over the phone ( now the fourth attempt ) rhymed off what we had chosen for the meal. This cruise hit another iceberg where the owner first didn't relay the meals to the kitchen, then after some last minute we will fix this they brought out food that wasn't what we asked for. Too late too bad as we had left the dock. Four booking attempts, two meal orders three gift certificate redemption attempts and at the end the owner could only say " we've only been doing this a year" as some sort of apology not apology/ excuse not excuse. This was SUCH a bad experience that when the possibility arose to meet with a friend for lunch and this place came up I asked we go elsewhere. I do NOT suggest the cruise to anyone and since that crap lame excuse not excuse I wouldn't recommend the main restaurant. Gosh darn quick enough to take your money, crap on delivering accurately, timely, courteously, sincerely.

This was such a great experience. The scenery, the food, the ambiance, the captain, Sarah (our lovely host)..... everything about this was 5+ stars! Highly recommended for a unique and enjoyable experience.

A lovely and peaceful cruise. And a lot of wildlife to view. Very enjoyable. Wish it had been longer.

Well appointed boat with a friendly crew. The 90 minute trip was scenic with many beautiful homes along the river bank. The only thing missing was some commentary and information about the area and the river as we passed along. The only sound was the conversation among the passengers. All of whom enjoyed the leisurely cruise on a pleasant afternoon.

Absolutely fantastic ride with excellent customer service. 80's music, beverages and food if you want to purchase it. Clean bathroom on board. The view on the Napanee River is lovely. I highly recommend this cruise. A shout out to Sarah!

It was a beautiful day for a river cruise. The staff were friendly. The only thing I missed were binoculars to catch close-ups of the blue herons.

Absolutely beautiful. Us locals often forget how lucky we are for having such a gem right smack in the middle of our little town!
For the out of towners, worth the drive! I promise!@
