We are very disappointed with you guys today.

Our son died last week leaving his old truck for us to deal with .
We are trying to donate it to the kidney foundation.
There are no documents that we can find.
We just needed a little advice.
Your representative (guy) hung up on us.

My first time there I thought everyone was kind and great.
Things got confusing with my insurance and myself being new to BC, I was clueless and needed more guidance, so I followed their directions, only to find out later I was given the wrong information and basically I had to just shut it and pay more, cool.
About one specific staff there- as per some past reviews about you here- maybe you had a LOT of bad days but as someone being new to this province, I was confused, and just needed help because I didn’t know any better with insurances here or what was going on with it. You were immediately impatient and lied about being able to call icbc for my info- the other staff did, in fact, call icbc right in-front of me, before and after I dealt with you.
My next visit after that- another lady recommended that I report my experience with you to your manager but I’ll just write a review here instead because I doubt anything will change. Most disappointing is she said that I ask for her next time I come in especially after my experience with said dude.
So I went in again to finalize my stuff but when I was greeted by her, she completely acted like I wasn’t there for her like we discussed last time as she said she’ll assist me but nope! Immediately put me on the spot again with that same dude I did not want to deal with, who was already clearly irritated- thanks!
I am sorry for anyone who had experienced or will experience this unprofessionalism with some of the staff. Hope things get better with the staffing.

Also switching brokers. We were given two different sets of incorrect information just to add a driver to our policy. It resulted in a number of different people wasting hours on the phone to ICBC then loading the entire family into tue van to drive to a broker who actually knew what they were talking about, which was another thing we didn’t have to do as it turns out both policy holders do not need to be there. Massive waste of time and needless anxiety that could have resulted in us having to rearrange our flights if we hadn’t have figured it out today.

Unfortunately, I have switched brokerages.

There is a lack of customer service knowledge and people skills. It is unprofessional and simply rude to interrupt and speak over someone who is simply trying to explain what they need.

I would not recommend this place for 2 reasons:

1. What I've mentioned above

2. What I needed to do was told me that it can't be done (twice, at two different times about two different things, despite ICBC telling me it would not be a problem)... The brokerage I switched to was able to help me no fuss and with excellent customer service.

Taylor did my home and auto insurance quick and efficiently. He was super accommodating to my work schedule and got me the best rate possible for home insurance. For auto insurance he was able to help with extra insurance so that I can transfer to rental insurance in the unites states! I will definitely be sticking with him moving forward!!

I don't know what's the name of the man there, the only one I think, but I didn't like my experience at this place. This guy has no patience, kept interrupting me when I spoke. He even left when he saw me arriving today! I had to waist my time again because he forgot to stamp the bottom of a very important paper! I wouldn't recommand this place.

Very patient and helpful staff!
I had a few issues getting my vehicle registered and the knowledgeable staff explained everything and made a complex issue clear.
I haven’t ever had a better experience with vehicle registration and insurance.
