my review from 2016 seems to have been deleted or timed out but I need to come on here and warn anyone thinking about using this company. Rachel was our mortgage broker and we were upfront about everything and everything seemed to be lining up, until moving day when we packed our last item into our moving truck and received a call from our lawyer saying we have no mortgage. We attempted to contact her in every way possible, even our lawyers were calling her and there was no answer. To this day I have not heard back from her. If we weren't lucky enough to have family, we would have no where to live myself, my husband, AND MY 4 YR OLD DAUGHTER had no home because of her. We were lucky enough that the sellers gave us 2 more days, but we ended up having to find a mortgage fast and lost a really big portion of profit from the sell of our home. If I could give her no stars I would, she should not be in this business.

Working with Mandy Dupuis was the best decision for our mortgage. She is patient, kind and always available with good advice and ready to help with every step of the process. We went from feeling defeated by our inflated rate from our previous company to refinancing at a much lower rate with all debt paid off!! She really is the best and I would recommend her to anyone!!

My finance and I recently need to move some financials around and consolidate some consumer debt.

First I would like to say I really wanted to support a local business. While I read reviews I usually take them with a grain of salt. Let's face it usually reviews are mostly left by dissatisfied customers. In this case vast majority of reviews are accurate. I recently contacted My Better Mortgage and while I could not get anyone to answer the phone I left a voicemail and received a call back the next day from Rachel but I was at work and unable to answer the call. She left a message with her extension number to return her call. But that's where the service stopped. I tried several calls and left voicemail messages asking for a call back with times I would be available. I have never received a call back. They don't answer the phone ever and even Rachel the owner does not return calls. I was a potential client that never even was given a chance. All these reviews are accurate and I can't say strong enough take your business else where. These services are in conjunction with one of the biggest decisions you could make don't let bad service ruin your experience.
