We bought a certified pre-owned Kia Carnival from this dealership, and the experience has been consistently awful. The vehicle wasn’t even cleaned—found the previous owner’s medical records and opened feminine products in the glovebox. A recall repair on the seat rails was botched, leaving them loose. The detail we paid $189.99 for was half-done because they “couldn’t remove” a car seat that I can unclip with one hand. Yet they had time to repeatedly call my wife trying to upsell services she didn’t want. Now they’re blaming us for the very recall repair they did incorrectly. Zero accountability, zero quality control. Avoid this dealership.

I took my Kia EV6 in for service on Friday and William helped me. His customer service was exceptional. Later that day my car was giving me my issues with the battery and I called back and William was done for the day so Sam helped me. She went above and beyond to help me get my car sorted. She was not satisfied with all the help she provided me until she had my car back at the dealership and provided me with a loaner vehicle for the rest of the day.
