If you've ever had issues with your insurance office, frustrations with communication or just felt ignored, please don't give up - give Murray Insurance a call. I've never dealt with an insurance office quite like this before; I've never felt so accommodated. I'm not shy about calling around for rates or deals and every single time, these guys deliver. They're always up to speed on whats going on and they make sure to keep you in the loop. Whenever I call, I receive great service too - including when I had to issue a claim. I'm actually treated like a human being, and any anxieties that I have are openly talked about and resolved. The turn around time for my claim was incredible too. . Communication and compassion here is top-tier as well... they even called me after everything was settled just to check in. I will always recommend this office as they take very good care of me, and I know they will take good care of you!

Not sure what happened here, used to be a reputable company but something has changed. Slow to process requests and even slower to follow up on those requests. They need to find a way back to the service level they used to provide.

Update to this review:
It seems that I may have been a little harsh towards this agent and his company. It appears that much of the blame for the poor customer service I received lies with the company they represent. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to speak with anyone at Desjardins about their poor service and they are quite content to let their agents take the hit for their shortcomings.
However, it is still the agents job to keep their customer's informed and ensure the process is completed correctly and in a timely fashion, this did not happen here. I have changed my rating to 3 stars but Desjardins would only get 1 if I were able to leave them a review!
