Alex at Murdoch is amazing. I've just finished my 2nd vacation that she handled the booking for. First trip was to Rivera Maya Mexico, this one Playa Pesquero, Holguin, Cuba!
I changed some thing last minute and she handled all of the details in a timely fashion. She listened to what I wanted and gave me choices, and when I had questions she always got back to me. I'm looking forward to having her book my next vacation, which she is already helping me with.

This is a bit late but I'm finally getting around to writing reviews for our destination wedding we had last April (April 2024). Could not say enough good things about our experience with Jeff. He was patient and very knowledgeable when it came to choosing the resort we wanted, gave us multiple options all with detailed reasons why it would be a great resort & different prices ranges and ultimately helped us in choosing Breathless in Cancun. Jeff & his team were excellent in organizing all our guests and provided me with someone I could confidently direct my guests to so the burden was off me for planning/booking and organizing 30+ people. We had smooth sailing the entire trip, absolutely no problems and I couldn't recommend Murdoch travel enough. The resort was amazing, the wedding was perfect and we really did just have the best & relaxing time with all of our guests. Highly recommend when planning a destination wedding for sure!

My fiance and I were looking at a destination wedding and through our research discovered Murdoch Travel in Barrie, ON. Jeff and his team focus on destination weddings and do they ever know what they are doing.
We took a party of 30 to RIU Palace in Costa Rica, and you would think with over 30 people it would be a nightmare to get everyone booked. But not with Jeff. The entire process was seamless and extremely easy for not only my fiance and I, but everyone who booked with him. Any questions or requests anyone had he handled immediately. He even got my brother booked with only weeks left prior to departure and way passed the cut off deadline. I was very impressed with how professional everyone at Murdoch was, and how important they made us feel. They gave a very personal touch to the experience which I cannot appreciate more.

Jeff at Murdoch travel will be used for our future travels. Jeff or his office returns calls and queries promptly, follows-up on questions and provides helpful suggestions, and he will do what he can within your budget.
We have booked several excellent vacations through Jeff in the last year or two, and will continue to use him for our future trips. He helped us plan a wonderful cruise, and a European trip which due to a small accident in Paris, resulted in us returning home, and cancelling our trip, with which Jeff was so very helpful.
We just recently returned, from a wonderful vacation and it went without a hitch. Jeff was extremely helpful in planning the various itineraries for our journey to Italy, and also to several Eastern European countries.
Further, when the Air Canada strike looked like it might disrupt our travel plans, we were relieved as Jeff had advised us and that he was on top of the situation, totally reduced our stress and worry. We would highly recommend Jeff and Murdoch travel.
