When you have four young boys and a suddenly backed-up sewer line, panic sets in fast. After discovering the plumbing disaster caused by my sons' impromptu toilet "treasure chest" (containing everything from baby wipes to lollipop sticks, socks, and candy wrappers), I called Mr. Rooter in desperation.

Devon Fehr arrived promptly and approached the situation with both professionalism and good humor. He didn't bat an eye when I explained what likely caused the clog. Instead of making me feel judged as a parent, he shared a brief story about similar situations he'd encountered, immediately putting me at ease.

Devon worked efficiently, using specialized equipment to clear years of "contributions" from my four little ones. His expertise was evident as he navigated the complex clog, extracting item after item while explaining what he was doing throughout the process. The sewer line is now flowing perfectly!

What impressed me most was Devon's patience and positive attitude. He took time to explain preventative measures without talking down to me. Before leaving, he even gave me bottle of eco friendly drain grease clear...not that grease was the problem but still a nice gesture.

Very impressed by our experience with Mr. Rooter. We had an emergency situation at 4pm on a Thursday. 40 minutes later, we had a team at our house to deal with everything, quickly and efficiently. Are main drain was blocked, not a great thing let me tell you. We first tried a smaller company and not that they weren't good or anything. They dried hard, and I mean hard to on plug it, but unfortunately where unable to get it. So it came time to call in the big guys, Mr Rooter assessed my problem gave me my best option going forward. They suggested I have my sewer hydroscrubbed something the first guy told me I might need but couldn't do. Well after they arrived got all set up, they began the process. In about ten minutes my pipes where flowing. After three days of a plugged drain that was such a relief. I'll tell you, you don't realize how much you depend on your sewer system until you have a problem. Yes it cost a little more for this procedure because it is above average cleaning, but not that much when your house sewer is shut down. Their regular cleaning rates are pretty much standard price, so in the future I will just call them for all in one service instead of wasting days with a plugged sewer.
