We recently built a house in High River. We started working with Rachel about a year ago to get the approval for the build. Over the year Rachel kept in contact with us to get updates for finalization. The sale of our existing home fell through at the time of possession for the new house so we were scrambling and stressed to the max! Rachel was able to find alternative options for financing that worked for us. She worked her butt off to keep me sane and find is the best solution.
