What an amazing mortgage broker!
I can't say enough about the incredible service that Maria provided my wife and I on the purchase of our new home. The day that the Bank of Canada hiked lending rates (again), Maria was able to quickly find a lender far below the current rates and get us locked in. She was also creative in adding an improvement loan onto our mortgage so that we could make our home work for us. She was always available to answer any questions.
After a horrific experience dealing with a mortgage broker on our last home, Maria has restored my faith in brokers. Great job, and thank you so much!
