As first time homebuyers, we had many questions and needed a lot of guidance and support to feel comfortable and confident with a mortgage. Cheryl is so patient and kind. She worked with us for over a year to ensure we felt confident and received the best rate. She took the time to educate us and answered all of the questions we had. Cheryl was very personable and truly wanted us to take our time when finding a house, ensuring we weren't settling and found the best home for us - and we did! We worked with Cheryl primarily over the phone and through email. She was always quick to respond and readily available. She took the time to come to our closing date to meet us in person, which was really nice!
Although we don't plan on moving for sometime, I am confident that when our renewal comes up, Cheryl will reach out and again, help us secure the best offer. She is not someone who gets your business and then disappears - she continues to follow-up and actively communicates with us.
