Working with Jay has been the best thing (other than getting a house) to happen to my wife and I! I was told my others that getting approved for a mortgage amount that we wanted was too difficult because of my student debt, and there was nothing they could do. After talking to Jay, he quickly went out of his way to find a lender for us that would consider the student debt for what it actually was. Jay got us approved in no time, and within days we had an accepted offer on a house and a mortgage commitment.
