Dan is detailed, patient and in it for the long haul with you. I have literally been working with Dan for 3 years now. He has offered amazing guidance and insight along the way to my husband and I as we pursue the purchase of our forever home. I’ve dealt with mortgage brokers and corporate banks before for my mortgage needs and nobody was as good or as respectful as Dan. He was able to see creative solutions for my situation were others just suggested the same old solutions they have used over and over again. The housing market will dry up if there aren’t more problem solvers like Dan. He is creative, courteous, professional, smart, efficient and I can’t recommend him enough.
