Was with this so called brokerage , someone made a claim Stating I hit them and didn’t have one single damage on my vehicle and Paul didn’t even fight on my behalf so my insurance went up and showed I had a accident! Went from $274 - $134 mouthly unbelievable. Just scammers

PLEASE READ if you want an insurance broker that will do there job and help you when you need this is not the place they will only protect them selves and will leave you hanging, They only work with HD mutual and you don’t want to be insured by them

I was so hesitant to call Monteiro Insurance because of the google reviews. However, I have to because I just purchased a car.

My experience with PATRICIA was great! She was so calm and helpful, she tried her best to get me the best qoute. I had so many questions which she patiently answered.

It’s now my 2nd car with them and I’ll continue getting my car insured with this broker.

The worst brokerage! They don’t call back, they don’t do anything in time. Two months took me chasing them to get two things solved and still awaiting for the rest to be resolved. Last year they forgot to put my new vehicle on insurance for 3 months. We are looking to switch. Other insurance I call and get a quote same time but they can provide a quote for 2 months. They keep bouncing me from one broker to another to a third one and they never apologize.

The most personable brokerage in our region. Whether it's Patricia, Mena, Paul or any of the other ladies, they address you like your their neighbors...quite the small town personal feel. Over the years I've been in to discuss stuff with Paul and can't count the number of times he's sympathetically dealing with a widow whom has lost a spouse, someone who's place burned down in a fire, a car accident etc etc etc...unlike some of the other negative posts might have you believe, these people do care and care for the community that they have been serving for many years. I might save a dollar here or there if I joined my group insurance policy from work (group discount) but I would never even consider that as I'm not a fan of dealing with call centres...in a production plant type of manner. Being able to stop in to do any of my business is critical and much more easier when your dealing with great professionals. Thanks for all the years of service and support Monteiro Team.
