I needed home insurance and I am a first time homebuyer. After being screwed around by another broker I had a tight deadline to get insurance set up. Louise at MKM was recommended to me and she saved me. She got me insurance very quickly, and was extremely helpful. When my auto policy is up I will absolutely be going back to her as she was incredible to deal with and found me fairly priced home insurance and did everything she could to help me meet my deadline.

We have dealt with the brokers for many years. We get thorough yearly reviews every year for our business for the best coverage and the rates, regardless if I asked for it or not. The brokers are ahead of the game of what I may need (or not need), and gives me scenarios to make an informed choice. They also take the time to fully make sure I understand what kind of coverage I get. I have had to report a claim once or twice and it was dealt with promptly and quickly .

I would like to add I was formerly in the industry and have dealt with many brokers in the past and know the difference between a thorough, and not thorough one. I Highly recommend this brokerage

The rudest woman ever in there. We went to ask about getting an insurance quote. “Well, you’re not getting it today” was her answer. In a very snarky tone. Don’t these people work off commission?
