If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Mark Cassells is a horrific insurance broker. I have never felt more disregarded and disrespected by someone who wants my business. I was promised false claims of a discount that never existed in the first place, and was promised a top tier price, which was also false. Mark was adamant I was getting the best price, but a quick search else where, with another company that provided me with kindness and respect, proved that to be false.
I NEVER leave reviews because I usually am not fussy but the way this man gloated about how much money and cars he had quickly showed me that Mark would tell me anything just to get my business even tho it meant lying to get me to get a contract signed. Truly a disgraceful, egocentric business man who just wants your money and does not mind screwing you over in the process. If Mark sees this please be kinder of a person and remember you are working with real people who care about their money and aren’t here just to throw it away. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT GIVE MARK CASSELLS YOUR BUSINESS!!

Недавно звонила оформить страховку.Работник,взявший трубку,говорил невежливо и нехотя.Начал задавать вопросы и когда , попросила объяснить другими словами,т.к. не поняла его английский ,то он просто повесил трубку.
