I had the best experience I’ve ever had in a hospital in my life. The nurses were all exceptionally nice, friendly, really showed care for their patients and made all of us in the waiting room feel at home. The doctors were thorough and actually listened and explained what was happening. The ER wait time was long but everyone got the exact time they needed and their time of day. I’ll never go to another hospital after this experience. All of the staff here have either been exceptional hires or have an amazing environment. Genuinely worth every single minute spent.

The doctor assessed me right in the waiting room... Like, no confidentiality or respect for dignity at all. Sent me home telling to come back only if I can't breath anymore. Great job Doc... Unfortunately, it is not like we really have the choice or can be picky with health care in Canada but this doctor professionalism was pretty low.
The only reason why I am not giving less stars is that the nurses at the reception were kind and lovely.

I still give 5 stars because i want to appreciate doctors and nurses but i still want to leave feed back to a nurse.
There is the a nurse working at shift around 6am 01nov2024 at registered office( its not first office, its second office after drop off your information, the one check blood pressure, temperature,... )
She should not use her phone when she sit in the office , and patient need her help. I came back 2 times with in 20mins to ask her help and she still play on her phone. If she was busy, she should do her work instead of playing phone. Pls take this report and remind her concentrate work when she is at hospital. Tks very much

I was in and out of ER within 1 hour! They did X-ray and then I was seen by a doctor.
I don't understand what you guys are complaining about, never ever have I spent less than 4 hours in ER in BC. You want to see bad? Go to St. Paul's Hospital in downtown, this will correct your expectations.
Thank you!

I had to visit the er in late August due to gallstones. All staff that I encountered during my 1 st visit and the next visit for tests were absolutely wonderful, polite and caring. No complaints about any of the medical care that was provided to me. Dr Newton and esp Dr Dalal were great in getting me the tests I needed both at Mission and Abbotsford Hospitals. Dr Dalal even returned after his shift was over to let me know the results of the CT Scan. The compassion for all patients by the nursing staff was just heartwarming.

The emergency room is actually somewhat peaceful here.. I've never been to a hospital in all of bc where the waiting room wasn't packed, and loud and chaotic. Still waited 4 hours or so but waited in peace amd quiet for that entire time, almost like a doctors office waiting room, and the doctor was super friendly and very quick once we was making his way through patients.

Thank you! Hospitals usually give me anxiety but this experience was actually the first time I wasn't filled with anxiety and stress about the ER visit!

Giving TopMarks as every time when going through front door of Hospital am greeted from every walk of Staff, in particular, Social worker, IME, who was at bedside of family Member.A nice way about her person and carrying out her profession in the highest. Also, meals are nutritious for the fussiest !! ..Giving credit when credit is due..?..

I had a nasty fall on Saturday and was advised to get checked out at hospital. The staff and Dr Hardy went out of their way to look after me. I greatly appreciated the care and attention I received.
