I was anxious about waiting to see my doctor until next month when this morning my daughter suggested Mint Health Box. The pharmacist, Shawn, was able to assess my issue and prescribe and fill a medication within a half hour. I really appreciate that this service is available!

Beyond impressed! I have an elderly mother who goes here and always feels so cared for, considered and special. She always looks forward to getting her medications because of how kind and friendly the staff are. She has had troubles before with her benefits and they are always willing to go above and beyond to assist her with paperwork, contacting doctors about prescriptions, and they always make sure things are clear for her as it can be quite an overwhelming and stressful process for her. This place is really client centered and it feels good knowing my elderly mom is so well taken care of over there!

Mint HealthBox is a lifesaver! My son had impetigo and needed antibiotics and we came to Davy - he was able to diagnose and prescribe the proper antibiotics for him and counselled us when we would see improvement, and if we didn’t - what the next course of action would be. Saved us trying to find a clinic accepting walk-ins, or possibly waiting hours in a medicenter. Very grateful for Mint and this service they provide.

Just came from getting a vaccine there. Had never been in before, but I will be back without a doubt. Friendly polite staff, welcoming environment. Wyatt greeted me and was professional, kind, and well spoken. Shawn, the pharmacist, was open, genuine, and really listened. He asked if I had any questions or concerns and told me he was in no rush and we had time to talk. My over all impression was they put their client’s well being above all else. Highly recommend.

One of the employee (a slim Asian male, can’t remember the name sorry) was really friendly and helpful. I was in a rush and I feel like I didn’t thank him enough. Hence I just want to say thank you greatly if you are reading this.
Some days ago, I dropped by to check if they had some infant tylenols, which is close to impossible to find recently. On my first visit, they did not have it. On my next visit, they were still out of infant tylenols but he remembered and approached me, saying that he’s looked into a possible solution and found that there is no difference between an infant tylenol (which is nowhere to be found) and a child tylenol (which they had); that they both are the same liquid tylenols with the same ingredients. He also provided me with detailed instructions on dosage and a few syringes for precise measurement. This is great because I now have access to a Tylenol that my child may need urgently at some point. Probably a simple act of service on his end but gave me the piece of mind that I very very much needed. Thanks again and will definitely visit again for my future pharmaceutical needs!

Booked my covid booster shot online, and then was emailed the next day that they're actually closed on the day of my booking. Now everything is booked solid. +5 stars for having an online booking system, but -2 stars for it being incorrect.
