Absolutely terrible customer service. They're great when you sign up and need to add insurance, but changing your policy due to selling of a home - they’ll keep taking your money and charging you and refuse to answer your phone calls and/or emails to return your money!

I was with Millers for many years. I got a monthly increase of 210%. I called 3 times
to rectify this huge increase. As my driving had not changed. Taked to the broker , branch manager and head office . My premium went from $233.00 to $500 monthly. As i refused to pay the outrageous amount, i was put in collections. I know have the same coverage through an online company for $ 140
So please shop around .
