We were waiting about 15 minutes past our appointment time so a lovely nurse took our toddlers measurements and did the pre-screening questions. She gave us the option for adding the flu and covid shots and we initially agreed. When our scheduled nurse came to take over, the first nurse told her the shots my daughter would be getting and the second nurse said, "wow, seriously? Okay..." which made me feel like a terrible mom who was making the wrong choice for her child. I opted out of the covid shot because of that comment. She was also just generally a cold person, the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because everyone else seemed really nice.

We got our baby immunized today. Were greeted by the reception. Jen did a really good job and explained everything really well. She was nice during the whole procedure. We also had breastfeeding class with Claire in the past and she was awesome as well. She knew what she was doing. Thanks guys, we will be back for her next doses.

Today I went on walk in at Millwoods Health Centre as I lost my vaccines consent papers. There I met a wonderful personality and her name is Barb. She is a quite optimistic and cheerful person. She didn’t even let me know that she vaccinated me. There was no pain and she even guided me out for my career choices as I am interested in medical science. Before meeting her, I was quite confused between two streams but after having a word with her, I am sorted. I highly recommend her. Thanks Barb, you’re a such a gem.

went there for my daughter’s immunization second time , front desk is always very rude.
First time i had really good experience with nurse. she was very nice explaining everything so well.
Today nurse really rushed to injection my 4 months baby. Looked like she is showing some kind of anger on my baby, she didn’t even let waited for 10 sec so i can relax my baby before we move to other leg. She literally hit the injection from that far to my babies leg.
I don’t understand why all the staff show that much frustration to patients over here

I went to the Millwoods Immunization Clinic today and everyone was so nice!!! The gentleman who works in reception was so welcoming and nice to us. He was very friendly and polite. Our nurse was awesome! She was so calm and patient. She was so nice and cheerful towards my little one which made me so happy! Front end receptionist was very nice as well on our way out. Thank you so much for giving both of us a nice experience!

Rude Rude Rude 3 receptionist they only need time for gossips and laughing. They don't even care how new mom feels and ofcourse postpartum is not easy and during this pandemic also one parent is allowed. I can't even mention how bad I feel when I asked her to book an appointment for my baby and she yelled at me for no reason she has different hair colour than other 2 ladies .And I want to say thanks to all the nurses they are really nice and very helpful.I would like to say ladies please behave and learn how to talk .very very unprofessional 3 ladies.
