The staff at Mill Valley is respectful and caring. I have dealt with them on two occasions. In both instances, everything was handled professionally and with sensitivity. They explained everything I needed to know and gave me the opportunity to think things through and make the necessary decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured. They are very helpful but never pushy, and every accommodation they made was done seamlessly. Thank you to both Zack and Michelle; you made navigating a tough road much easier. It is greatly appreciated.
