As a fellow REALTOR® and Broker, Michael Poczynek and I have been doing business for over 12 years, and he never drops the ball. He is optimistic regardless of what property he promotes internationally and puts passion and effort into everything he does. Michael’s YouTube channel is fantastic, and no one in this part of Atlantic Canada can compete with his marketing, videos and super high-end photography. I would highly reccomend Michael to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a house. Michael's expertise goes a long ways, his 30 years experience is the foundation of everything he does.

I have first hand experience dealing with Michael and from beginning to end, he was professional and there for every need. His wisdom and guidance was always there for me, at all times Michael was so easy to talk to. Most importantly his patience and understanding was always easily seen in all our conversations. We highly recommend Michael Poczynek as a listing agent for your cottage or home.

We talked to several realtors before listing our waterfront cottage with Michael. His experience, professionalism and high energy level far outshone the other agents. This was a difficult sale for us as it was a waterfront summer cottage we built and lived in for 24 years with many family memories including our daughter's wedding. So when it came time to set the price, Michael walked us through the process.

" If you want to sell, it has to be a competitive price, I have seen cottages marked too high that sit for years." said Michael

Michael created an unbelievable 360 degree youtube video of the "lights above and floor below and everything else."  This was a great marketing tool for our sale.

We took his advice and our cottage sold within a month. Also as US citizens (and during covid19), we could not get to the cottage for the sale. We used his recommended team of professionals (plumbers and lawyers) to handle everything we needed to complete the sale. Michael was always there for us with every question and concern.
