Took me as a walk in, have never been there before. Front desk was pretty nice. Waited about two hours to see a doc, but they were short a whole doctor that day, and he diagnosed me fairly quickly and gave me forms for imaging. Pretty happy with the entire experience. Facility is clean and Dr. Adedeyo was pretty nice.

I had an appointment at 430pm to meet a new doctor accepting new patients, Dr Dobriyal.
What a waste of time. The wait time at the clinic was 1.5 hours for walk ins. I had an appointment and waited for 50 minutes. I ended up leaving because what a joke!

What’s the point having an appointment to see a GP accepting new patients if the clinic can’t prioritize appointments over walk ins.
The disorganization of this doctor is disappointing.

At least receptionist was very nice!

Dr.Adeydayo told me I would need a minor surgery, but never put the referral on my file (I spent an hour on the phone trying to book an appointment with the surgeon) so I ended up having to go back to the medi centre to get one. I wish he had been more clear about next steps, which would have saved me multiple visits and phone calls to figure it out on my own.

Had a doctor's appointment by phone . Specifically told the lady at the desk that the doctor was to call my cell phone as I was at work. Told her twice. Waited for the doctor to call and NOTHING . I called and the lady at the desk said he call my home number. I got home and NO CALL. I was getting results back. Doctor left and now I wait.
I am highly disappointed . I hope I'm not dying.
Very frustrating to have someone lie to you!!! You are suppose to be professional.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this Medicentre. I was placed on hold for over an hour, only to have my call abruptly disconnected when someone finally picked up. I had to start the entire process over again, which was incredibly frustrating. When I eventually spoke to the receptionist, her tone was rude and dismissive, and she offered no assistance or options for the next available appointment for my ill mother. This level of care and service is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with people’s health. I expected far better from a healthcare facility

I was very disappointed with the wait time at the clinic. Over the phone, I was told that there was no wait time, and I could just walk in. However, when I arrived, I ended up waiting for at least an hour and a half. This discrepancy between what was communicated and the actual experience was frustrating. I hope you can improve the accuracy of your wait time estimates to provide a more reliable and positive experience for patients.

I went for walk in to my family doctor, and in the end another doctor looked at me. I’m pregnant and told him and he didn’t ask me anything about my pregnancy, didn’t gives me any prescription for analysis or ultrasound. I said I was at emergency last week about bleeding, and he said that’s ok because they did all my analysis. How doctor can’t see my analysis and didn’t do any prescription. I said this is my 7-th pregnancy and I lost baby at June last time. And he said ok I’m free. This is after 2,5 hours waiting time at line…. I’m very disappointed, this is very bad relations with patient…..

Let’s just say they hire doctors with questionable qualifications. The doctor who diagnosed us simply took a wild guess rather than referring us for an X-ray and blood tests, even though the symptoms were quite serious. We ended up in the ER two days after visiting this clinic, where qualified doctors diagnosed my wife with pneumonia. Avoid this place unless you know the doctor you are seeing.
