Very disappointed with your agents. Trying to find out what the cancelation cost of my insurance is. One agent just beat around the bushes and never gave my wife any answer. Then when she calls, no one retunes her messages. Now I'm getting involved and will climb to the top to get answers. All we want is a cost to walk away.

Been here since 86, I know eh😂
Don’t want SPECIAL TREATMENT
for my wife and I being a long term
customer. Just so yu know I paid both renewals on property and vehicle insurance in full. A full month early. Loyalty used to mean something, not now.
At the very least a rebate for that should be in order. I asked about it. Got a lot of SMOKE n MIRRORS action.
I was told at least I’m not being charge a % late free. SERIOUSLY!!
Why PAY early. Never hear thanks the TOP. in those sparking towers.
Be ware they aren’t your friends and loyalty and early full payment means. MUSH😳

Greedy theives. As with the last post, I had my broker switched without a word. My new broker only cared about money apparently, she could care less that her misleading statements milked me for $630 in charges for a service that should of been $172. Watch out at renewal time people. They will gladly let your coverage jump $200 per month with no claims, and then charge you $338 to cancle a service you never even agreed too. It's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting to hear from these so called "managers". I will be spreading this word on all social media platforms untill my money is refunded.

Good luck getting in contact with this company. Also be ready to have your broker changed without your knowledge and too get attitude from reception when you don't know who your broker is.. even though you've never been kept updated. Also get used to calling 3 or 4 times before reception considers answering.. I'll be looking into other options as soon as I have time.

Better rates than my last 2 insurers for home and auto....and when I was in a jam recently I reached out and much to my surprise, the agent contacted the broker, explained the situation, and my pymt by cheque, was postdated for another 2weeks, so that I could straighten out my banking problem. This meant no black marks and no 50$ fee for a bounced cheque. So greatful, try doing that at a big business like broker link or TD ....haha
