Extremely responsive company. Dave Fox was very helpful In arranging somewhat difficult to get insurance on a rental property. My calls and emails were answered promptly, And the rate was slightly better better than I was expecting. Couldn’t really ask for more. I will certainly be using them for all my future insurance needs.

I have dealt with the Brighton Office and Trenton Office for personal and commercial vehicles, plus our house insurance. With everyone we have had to deal with, in absolutely all aspects, they are knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, professional and they also go the extra mile for you...ALWAYS!!! I was having trouble getting information on my policy that is up for renewal shortly. I had somehow agreed to go paperless and was having trouble downloading the new premium. Called McDougall and got a paper copy in a very short time. They also ran quotes and I now have a significant cost saving option for the same coverage. What more could I ask? Perfect!
