I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables and desks were not properly cleaned, leaving a messy and uninviting environment. It's important for such a well-known establishment to maintain higher standards of hygiene. This visit did not meet the expectations I usually have for McDonald's.

The place was under construction but service has always been good there and they never ever got my meals wrong and the food is what it is and it's not too bad.

I have been here a few times since 2019 as a resident. Curb side pick up is great option for us and we are thankful for its continued availability.

Regardless if we walk in, drive through or curb side: there have usually been something missing and our attempts to report it or correct is matched with a challenge or disbelief. I hate paying for things and not getting it. Whether we discover it in the lot or when we get home; it's as if we "lie". I also have found things that aren't apart of our order, so it appears items might be getting misplaced during parcelling.

So we try to open and check our order before we leave the counter, or we try to open and peek before the worker walks away from curb side.

We haven't dined in after two different negative experiences more so related to other diners from the community, but racism is real, and this was one location we had incidents at. I don't know what the franchise or employees on duty can do to address that; but for us it's not a public safe space to us, it's a popular busy youth and seniors as it location makes it a hub of the community: we just avoid dinning in and attend a McDonald's in Bay Roberts to dine in as we don't experience public interference there.

It's very busy and it's been a few years since I have been able to get a mcgriddle here. Anytime I go for breakfast they sold out or awaiting shipment arrival for the mcgriddle and always substituted or asked to accept pancakes. It's a little annoying but if mcgriddle is so popular and you like it: be first in line for the breakfast menu.

When true to drive through ask for a small coffee two donuts when I got to the window she passed out the coffee had to ask for the rest of the order which was only one donut in the bag. Service sucks.
