Poor service. Purchased from a car dealer in town and Maxim rep was there. They had auto renew then makes it difficult to cancel. Called 3 times to get my plan cancelled. Then they did not issue a refund. Was finally cancelled after 5 months and still waiting after 6 months and still no refund. Would never recommend this company.

I forgot to renew my auto insurance before it expired on a Sunday, was so relieved to find Maxxam open that day. Jenn Hair was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be back to renew our home and rental insurance with her this year!

It's not Elaine. D this is her husband regarding this insurance company and policy's they sell be prepared to be lied to at the dealerships because I was told I could put my policy on hold when returning a vehicle to the dealership while waiting for the next one to show up in a couple weeks that I could add time to the policy but I would not receive any additional fees well lie I was hit with another 400 hundred dollar fee for the dealership now I like the dealership the general manager is a great guy however this policy was a little more than a year old why would I have to pay to transfer a policy so the dealership can get 400 more dollars they got 400 hundred when it was bought like I could have left the dealership alone and went to another office if that was the case it's absolutely about the 400 hundred bucks but I have some faith that this general manager will try to make it up somewhere else I might be wrong we will see but to be Blind sided by an insurance agent does not make me a happy person so Question everything believe nothing
