I have been a Maxxam Insurance customer for a few years, and until now I've always had great experiences. The renewal process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, this year I was disappointed with the service. The agent I worked with was not very helpful and seemed upset when I didn't understand some insurance terms. When I mentioned possibly canceling part of my policy, the agent even came across as threatening, which was very unsettling. After years of positive experiences, this decline in service is disheartening. I'll likely be looking for a new insurance company next year. It's unfortunate to see such a change.

Everyone was wonderful, efficient.. I have no issues with maxam..the only reason for Cancelling is because our daughter is an insurance broker and we would prefer to go through her as all our insurance policies are with her. I thank you for your service!

I had to open a fleet. I was rejected by many other agents in the town for a hard job. I went to Maxxam office and Isabel did a fantastic job being her first fleet insurance. She made sure everything was correct.

Horrible company! They did not ensure we had proper coverage!! Bought a car through a dealership and this was the company that was brought in to insure our car. Bailey Pepper did not explain things well at all, and now that we have tried to file a claim through icbc, they tell us that we don't have insurance?! We have now been told that we don't have any collision or comprehensive on our vehicle!! All she sold us was loss of use insurance! Had we been in a serious collision this would have destroyed us! Shame on you!
