We worked with Delia and Matteo for our mortgage approval, from another city than where they reside and you could never tell! They were extremely knowledgeable and had contacts within Calgary to help with everything from realtors to lawyers. Delia made getting all our final documents for the approval a breeze, and helped us get approved for what we need within our tight budget! Communication was extremely easy and fast which is exactly what you need in this market. I could not recommend Delia and Matteo enough.

Delia and Matteo were fantastic to deal with, they made what seemed impossible, possible. They helped us with financing our new home, and got our previous home SOLD.
