Tina helped organize our trip to Vietnam in April this year. Vietnam in Focus planned out the local itinerary, from Ho Chi Minh City in the South to Sapa in the North.

To say that the trip was remarkable would be an understatement. From up close and personal with the locals in the cities and villages of Vietnam to the beauty of an overnight cruise on Ha Long Bay to the wild ruggedness near the Chinese border with our personal Hmong guide. We were immersed in the culture and daily life of our hosts. We returned with an expanded family.

Lorelei helped us book and organize our trip to Portugal. She recommended we get travelers insurance, just in case.

Well unfortunately our just in case happened we had a death in the family the day before we were scheduled to leave. One phone call to Lorelei and she helped us put in the insurance claim, she emailed us documents that we accidently deleted and couldn't recover, she contacted the airline to try and get our baggage money and seat money back.

A month later and she is still contacting us to confirm everything came through and asking if there is anything else she can help us with. I mean who does that!! Really I can't recommend her enough!!!
