The agent Casey of Newman made insuring our property seamless, he came over photographed the buildings, took all the details in regards to each building, issued a quote which was very reasonable and we accepted. Casey's personality and knowledge made it easy to business with.

Chris Wagar has been so great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of insurance. He's honest, thorough, and gets things done quickly. He really does care about getting you the best deal, not just getting your business. I am proud to say I started my insurance with this office when it was State Farm, 41 years ago this November. Many faces have changed over the years but some are still here , we have never had a lot of claims, Thankfully but at anytime , if we did they all work hard to make sure we were more than looked after , professionally and confidently. We have borrowed $ for recreational toys as well as everyday vehicles, now as we steer closer to retirement age we are more then confident with the financial advisers helping us with our funds and making sure we have the opportunity for a well planned retirement. First spoke to Chris about house insurance and then upon further discussions later, we decided to switch our car insurance over too. Right from the start, he was honest, helpful, upfront, professional but also he could relatable and a pleasure to talk with. My husband and I love the immediate responses, help with any and all our questions/concerns and the fact that he is always will to talk with us no matter the time. I was shopping around for auto insurance because my policy was canceled for non-payment while I was overseas. OMG what a disaster - never let this happen because you will be treated like some kind of societal outcast and your premiums will be through the roof. While my adulting ability gets a B- I have to give Mark Neuman Agency an easy A+. I called and talked to Casey who was really understanding. Yes my premium did go up, but not nearly as much as what other places quoted me and most importantly Casey was approachable, honest and very knowledgable about the industry. After so many calls with other agencies I'm happier about the way I was treated more than the lower premium. Highly recommend this agency for those looking for a human approach.
