I watch the commercials on tv and I am not happy on how you describe a trip to the east coast kissing the cod in a rain coat that you know nothing about. It's a disgrace on how you show yourself in that commercials....the rock sculpture has nothing to do with Newfoundland. I am a newfoundlander and for you to do that is disgraceful on your part.

We went to Ottawa for the Tulip Festival. We found the tour somewhat disorganized and a little disappointing. Our first stop was Rideau Hall, we were suppose to have a guided tour, the tour wasn't great, we were not allowed inside and our guide (not from Maple Leaf Tours) pointed out fountains and tree's and a rose garden at times he could barely be heard it was very disappointing and substandard. The next stop was a Rideau Canal cruise it was 1 1/2 hours long and boring as can be it really offered no real information. We personally would have preferred to skip this all together. Next stop was the Byward Market, not enough time was given there I spent 20 minutes in a line up for the bathroom which ate up most of our time there and left us rushing to find something quick for lunch. This was an area of the tour that needed more time esp when people have to eat lunch (some of us being diabetic really needed lunch), it seemed to be a common complaint among passengers we spoke with. Then we rushed off to see the Tulips, we were given a greater amount of time there then needed as most passengers arrived back at the bus before the departure time. None of the artisan tents were open. Off to the Mandarin for dinner and home. The very worst part of this entire trip was the bus itself the seats were narrow with little space between the rows, the seats were uncomfortable (again a complaint we heard from many passengers), one large man (not fat or obese just very tall and very big build) didn't even fit in the seat and was sitting on the lowered arm) I'm 5ft 3 and small and had trouble with the seats and lack of room and lack of lumbar support. We asked if these were the same busses used on long trips of if they had roomier ones as we would have entertained a Nashville tour, sadly we were told these were the exact busses used on all their tours long or short. We were left feeling like the money we paid for this tour was a complete waste and feeling very physically uncomfortable to the point my husband was experiencing severe back pain. Upon hearing that these busses are used on long tours as well we will never book with Maple Leaf Tours again, their busses have 56 seats, their competitors out of Peterborough have wider seats and only 46 seats on the same size bus. So it is possible to travel more comfortably. Our driver Paul was great, the tour itself was disorganized and disappointing.

I have been on 4 trips with Maple Leaf Tours. My husband and I returned yesterday from our trip to Nashville with Joanne, our tour guide and Gary, our driver. We had an amazing time and they made our trip fun as well as informative. The tour included shows, a boat cruise tickets to the Country Music Hall of fame, to mention a few of the highlights. I highly recommend Maple Leaf tours. Thank you Joanne and Gary.

It was excellent. Both the tour director, Sue, and the driver(sorry can't remember his name right now) were wonderful. They went the extra mile and made sure I was safely in a cab before continuing to Kingston. I'm extremely grateful. It was very dark and raining heavily and I appreciated their concern. You have superb staff. Again, Maple Leaf Tours is an excellent company. They look after their clients.

They used to be more accommodating I am 90 years old and asked for a seat near front as I get motion sick my friends were taking me on a special trip to see Shen yun I had to sit halfway back and there fore did not enjoy the trip
