I had the worst with their agent name Arooj supervisor from calgary experience with this travel agent! I booked my parents’ tickets to India through him, and he completely failed in his responsibilities. The airline had informed him THREE months ago about a rescheduled flight, but he never informed me. Because of his negligence, my parents missed their flight.

On top of that, I had to pay for Uber rides twice, wasting my time and money. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when dealing with international travel. If you want peace of mind and professional service, avoid this agent at all costs. Totally unreliable and irresponsible.
