I called and asked them for a quote for Auto Insurance. Simran dealt with me and asked me for my driver's license and VIN. I sent the required documents to him right away and he told me that he'll get back to me with a quote within an hour but I didn't hear back from him all day.
I followed up with him the next day and he said that he'll get a quote to me within the next hour but I still didn't hear back from him.
Worst customer service I've ever had with an insurance company.

I had a terrible experience with Mango Insurance. Mohit, the owner, was incredibly rude and dismissive. He had no interest in helping me and treated my questions like a burden. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here—terrible service from the top down.

Terrible customer service. i called to file and accident and they told me they can not tell me the name of the insurance since this is a confidential information and hang up. never seen such agency before to hide the insurance company name
