We recently rented 2 sleds, trailer, av packs etc.. from Major Rentals for a fly-in sledding vacation. Unfortunately, one sled shutdown unexpectedly near the end of day 1 on the ride. They immediately gave us a replacement sled for our vacation, we rode 3 more solid days of mountains without an issue. When we returned the sleds (1 had incurred damage with a tree), they were extremely understanding and fair both with us and the final bill. Adam was very reasonable and great people to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Rented a couple sleds last winter for personal use. had a great time, the sleds were in great condition and i really like the flexibility of pick up and drop off. Cant wait to rent again this year

I also deal with major for work use and they always accommodate to short notice!
