The receptionists at this clinic are very rude and do not provide friendly service. Their curt tones and passive aggressive responses to patients needs are not acceptable. This organization has gone downhill under its current leadership and I hope the town of Goderich will hire a professional from the administrative medical field rather than a former politician moving forward. We have switched to a clinic near our cottage because we find the admin team here so rude. Too bad as the doctors are actually quite good when they actually let you see one.

We have a problem with a hernia. My husband "thinks it is killing him". He has spoken to you about it. He suffers dreadfully.

I love them! My son and I were patients and then we moved. Let me tell you a person does not realize how amazing the services are until they experience services elsewhere. The fact that the clinic has multiple services including but not inclusive to a nurse practitioner, doctors, dietician, mental health in the same location and a lab next door for blood work is amazing. My doctor is truly amazing ( we came back to the area) .. I almost don’t want to share this review because it truly is a hidden treasure with all the shortages and waitlists out there everywhere else.

Well my experience with the clinic is OK for some things but hard to see the doctor u get 1 of those interns that are dismissal they live to be amateur pill pushers. Lol OK clinic for blood pressure or ears syringed check ups send me for blood work and no 1 tells me anything same with X-ray

I had a great nurse practitioner, l would recommended this place for anybody,!we’ve now moved out of province but I will recommend her and the clinic

This place shows up as a walk-in clinic. THIS IS NOT A WALK-IN clinic. I came in to have my finger looked at they told me to go to emergency and emergency told me that they don't have equipment to check out my finger. Pray to God you do not need medical service in Goderich.

A nice little medical center. Hard to get in as a new patient. Be prepared to wait years. It took me 4 years.
