It was difficult enough to get into “Online Banking”, but not near as difficult as trying to logout! Do not have this issue with TD BANK, maybe it’s time to change banks!

Friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff! Mainstreet has been my choice for banking since it was the Polysar Employees Credit Union. I moved my service to Sarnia which was closer for my travels. I went in and was greeted with smiles. Sharon Hiemstra of the London Road Branch listened to my request of wanting to move locations in which she started on my request. She called me in a couple of days with my answer and haven’t regretted it since then. She has called me back numerous times to see if there was anything she could help me with and she gave me her direct line of communication to feel free to call if I needed any help. Kudos 👍😊
