Mixed reviews for this dealership, Neko was great to deal with and Alex was quite pleasant. The vehicle I was looking at was completely rusted underneath and when I mentioned it to them the sales manager thought I took photos of another vehicle. I did have some non negotiables related to the vehicle I would have traded in which made it a bit tricky and I appreciated the efforts Alex made to accommodate but overall the vehicle wasn’t for me. I promptly let them know that I’d be continuing my search and had a less than pleasant conversation regarding getting my deposit back. A manager said he was off sick and that’s why I wasn’t able to get it back despite no one telling me that when I inquired twice about it.

Wouldn’t say it was an awful experience but I would do your due diligence with the vehicles you are looking at through the dealership.

Changed to 1 star as I was contacted 10 minutes after posting my review and was asked to change or delete my review.

Super clean and well-priced. Staff was friendly and honest. Great experience! One thing I want to mention is I didnt see any hidden charges, they have nominal doc fees which included everything, I went to three other dealerships in the area, they all had hidden chargers incorporated into it

I am writing this review after 9 months of being ignored, lied to, and effectively scammed by this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them under a written and verbal agreement that they would buy the car back at the same value and trade it for a truck I wanted within 6 months. As part of that deal, they also owed me a $350 first payment—which they never paid.

Since the sale, they have completely ghosted me, refused to return my calls, and dodged every attempt to resolve the situation. The moment they get your signature, their attitude flips. They are all smiles during the sale, then vanish when it’s time to honour their end of the deal.

This is not just bad customer service—it’s dishonest and predatory behavior. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) of BC and strongly urge others to do the same if you've had similar experiences.

This dealership is, without exaggeration, one of the worst in the Lower Mainland. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Stay far away. They should not be allowed to continue operating.
