Absolutely great service and staff. I recently had an auto claim and was working directly with my broker Jamie Gerber. I found him to be very prompt with returning my phone calls and emails. He was able to get the ball rolling with my insurance company quicker than if I was to contact the insurance company on my own. Strongly recommend going through an insurance broker especially Banter MacEwan & Feagan.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve experienced in the service industry. After 30 plus years of giving them my business and rarely having to contact them for anything, an issue arises and is handled extremely poorly. No effort to help fix the problems they created that are costing my family hundreds of dollars monthly, only timelines of when I can take my business elsewhere. They’ll get their wish. Pathetic.
