Hidden gem! Spacious and clean and i had no wait time. I went to renew my registration and was in and out so quick. I had to deduct a star for customer service. The rep at the counter did not greet me and even after I said hello and asked her how she’s doing I still got no smile and no response. Just a “what brings you in”. I also noticed the other two girls at the counter were also not very friendly with their customers either. A smile goes a long way. If you don’t have the patience to deal with customers then don’t work in a customer service indicate. I would say that employees really need to be trained in being more friendly.

I strongly recommend this registry because the service is great. The stuffs are awesome ; Joseph the brunch manager is a great guy and you will not waste your time standing on line ups unlike other registries.
Great place for parking, efficiency, accessibility, and working hours.

Bad experience unfortunately. I used to do my papers here without problems.
Today, a lady there was unprofessional and kinda rude not caring about anything. She insisted to have the buyer's name in the insurance card while others would be satisfied with the name just included in the insurance account even by showing online. She was unreasonable, rigid and refused to call the manager and ask. What is bothering most is her careless comments and showing no understanding to the situation. She could pursue her rules without that attitude.
I don't recommend this place anymore.

Sara Boutin was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding, making the entire process smooth and supportive.

I had my road test here and I had one of the worst experiences ever, I wouldn’t advise anyone to do their road test in this place, after my road test, this examiner only spoke to me about a few things so I was glad thinking I had passed and then he told me I had failed so I was very much surprised and asked him if there’s was anything else I had done and i wanted to see the results for myself but he said I was going to get it in my email, I didn’t argue , only to receive my results and see he had deducted points from me for things I hadn’t done, so i went back to speak to him and ask him where during the road tests i had made these mistakes he took points from me but failed to mention it after the test, he couldn’t explain himself, I then asked to see the manager and he was trying to intimidate me from seeing the manager saying it is they the examiners who give out the marks not the manger. I still proceeded to see the manager and the manager told me they had actually received several complaints about that particular examiner. The manager was very nice to me and was extremely helpful, just that this is not an experience I would want anyone else to go through.

Retook my road test here today. I had several tries on other registries. Great car, very good exam road (no constructions so far nearby, very peaceful neighbourhoods) i recommend this registry for other business too. The guys are so nice.

Terrible service, they have a lady who treats immigrants badly. If you want to process an Alberta ID card, she only gives you two options: whether you are a resident or a citizen, when my employment company sent me to do the process and informed me that the information was incorrect after My husband performed a bad study on him and sent him for glasses and the surprised doctor informed him that why they sent him for glasses if his vision is perfect, what a shame to be discriminated against by a person who, like me, comes from another country.
Definitely the manager or owner of this business has no criteria to resolve the racism that happens in this business because of the ladies who serve in that office, I will waste my time to file a complaint with the authorities that help with racism in this country

We have never enjoyed visiting the Registry place in the Palisades business area, so we looked up the next closest place.

Mac Insurance & Registry was the best experience we have had in a long time. All of their staff were welcoming and friendly. Kristina processed the renewal of our handicap parking placards and also renewed my wife’s licence.

She was polite, quick and efficient and explained each step we had to go through. We were in and out within 20 minutes, the best service we have had in dealing with Registries in years! This will definitely be our place from now on! Thanks!
