I had a claim with my house last year and the process was smooth with no hold ups. Wonderful experience for my Class 5 driver's test. Ruby ma'am was very patient throughout my test. She truly made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the test. I was able to book my road test and rental car with Mac Insurance and Registry on short notice. I appreciated that I was able to take a road test on a Saturday. Everything was ready and on time. My in car experience with Vicky, road test staff, was wonderful. She set the expectations ahead of time and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. During the test, she gave instructions in an appropriate tone and in enough time for me to demonstrate. She is straightforward and I felt my road test experience was complete, no complaints. Her final feedback to me was honest and made me feel like a respected learner.
I did passed on my first try!

I had a fantastic experience with Vicky, who was part of the road test team in Mac Insurance and Registry. She made everything super clear right from the beginning, and I felt comfortable asking her anything. During the test itself, her directions were spot-on and she gave me plenty of time to react.

I took my class 5 test here, it was my first try and i passed! my examiner, Vicky, was very professional very calm and explained things very clearly. At the end of the test she even drew out sort of an example on an ipad of the mistakes i made so i knew EXACTLY what minor mistakes i made. it was very helpful. Vicky is amazing!

I will say on the other hand the staff at the counter are not very friendly. there was a woman who was seated at a computer right as you enter who was very friendly and smiley, but the staff at the counter not so much. It felt like they didn’t want to be there and I never got a smile or any sort of kind gesture. I wouldn’t say it was so much hostile, but it definitely did not feel like a welcoming environment.

I had an excellent experience with my road test examiner Vicci (Victoria) today and passed with flying colours. From the moment we began, her behaviour was both professional and friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere that made me feel at ease.

She gave clear, well-guided route instructions prior to junctions that helped me navigate with confidence, and her conversation during the drive was engaging and comfortable, making the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Additionally, the pre-test checks were thorough, ensuring everything was in order before we started. After the test, she took the time to explain everything in detail, providing constructive feedback and helping me understand where I could improve. Her ice-breaking approach put me at ease right from the start, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free.

I genuinely appreciated Vicci's positive attitude and thoughtful approach throughout the test, and I feel more confident as a driver because of it.

My daughter had road test last Friday and her examiner # RAJ was very polite, punctual on time and professional. He explained the rules calmly and clearly that helped her a lot to reduce her nervousness. So she can drive relax and pass the test.All the staff at Mac registry was so polite and helpful. I visited the registry many times but this time Gurjinder attend us and she seemed uninterested in assisting. Her demeanor felt silently rude, as if she didn’t want to help. If someone is in a customer-facing role, it’s important to treat customer professionly.I hope the staff receives the necessary training to improve her interactions with the public.
