Lori and Ralf worked with us through the market downtown to sell our home. It was a difficult time but they were both kind and thoughtful of our feelings and our needs. They were always easy to get in touch with, answered all our questions and gave us great advice/suggestions along the way. It took a while to sell but the final negotiations were handled and executed very professionally. They were a great team to work with. Never did we feel any pressure to do anything we were not comfortable with.

My sister and myself used Lori as our agent the first time we bought a home so we trusted Lori the second time we bought a home . But little did we know that this time she was selling to a friend of hers and therefore she was working for him not us . When we asked questions she lied to us about everything . We asked her about why if there was just a little smoke damage then why did they gut the house and rebuild the entire house, she said it was just hearsay and not the truth, plus we told her that we wanted to sell the house as is right at the beginning but since like fools we trusted her from selling the first house with her we trusted her to write what we wanted big mistake. Lori wanted to sell 2 houses mine and her friend no matter how many lies she had to tell. I am sure that it’s against the law to work for 2 parties at the same time. Lori can’trusted sted as we found out the hard way. Take warning people Lori is dishonest and Iam sure that if I took her to court she would lose badly. For Lori to do what she did to two senior old women is a crime.To get us to buy this old house she promised to have things repaired but she did nothing.she took the money she made from us and went to the south of France.Stay away from these dishonest people they can’t be trusted we learned the hard way I am trying to help you so you will not have to live with stress like we did. Take care you have been warned!!!
