Over the Christmas holidays while browsing Realtor.ca, my wife and I discovered what seemed to be the perfect house for us. At that time we were considering a move in the Spring but were not yet seriously looking or prepared to make an offer and put our current house on the market, but when the door of opportunity opens, one must seize that chance to walk through. We quickly scheduled a viewing, loved the house, and had to make a decision quickly as there was a conditional offer on the house and another offer potentially to come in. We called Lisa and Ana with that time crunch urgency and right from the start of the process they were super helpful in getting us the information we needed really quickly allowing us to make a decision to move forward and to put an offer in on the house that was accepted. Any delay in putting in our offer would have cost us the house. During the time leading up to the house closing date, there were changes in our working situations that may have caused an issue with the bridge financing between houses, but Lisa and Ana worked hard and diligently to adjust our strategy and application and made the financing work at a major bank with the best rates. Even now after our deal has closed, if we have any questions Lisa and Ana are quick to get back to us and are super helpful.
