Libro Credit Union provides horrible experiences for potential new customers. Bunch of clowns work here and give you wrong information after they "approved" your application for new accounts. Don't ever apply for anything online, they will approve you and then not approve you. Don't waste your time or money on them. Stick to a real bank.

The construction on wellington is sickening. Don't waste time coming out here.
find another bank because they won't help you or even
have the understanding to just help in this mess. What good is a bank without customers. least she had a pleasant smile & said she was sorry but I was not too happy about coming this far & not getting anywhere.

I visited the Libro Credit Union branch at Wellington and Southdale in London, Ontario, on November 15, 2024, to get a debit card for my new business accounts. The associate who assisted me was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She knew exactly what she was doing and provided outstanding service. I didn’t catch her name, but she had a lovely Greek accent, which added a personal touch to the experience.

Libro associates are consistently kind and approachable, but this visit truly stood out. I’m always impressed by the level of customer care at Libro, and it’s why I believe this is the best bank for customer service. More businesses should foster this approach. Great job to the team! I am very impressed with their compassion and helpfulness. My advisor (Megan) is knowledgeable and friendly. No ask is too big! The staff always say hello and acknowledge customers as soon as they walk in.

I've had extraordinarily great service at this Libro branch. Now that they have low counters and chairs at the tellers station it's so much easier for the physically challenged to easily get service. I feel much more welcomed than I've ever been at a financial institution.
Everyone is friendly and helpful and makes an effort to deal with all transactions efficiently with great courtesy.
My financial counsellor Megan has twice now taken extra time to completely explain some things about my account ( I had contacted her with questions) when I was mistakenly concerned about some things. She ensured I understood everything with complete patience - to the extent of explaining procedures when I mistakenly thought an error was made - and did this without making me feel as uninformed about these things as I really am.
She also has offered options on my accounts that I would have never thought of and I've been able to make more informed decisions. I have followed some of her suggestions and am more than appreciative of her attitude and talents.
I recommend this Credit Union and especially this branch without reservation.

Lindsey really helped me with the pre-approval process for a mortgage. Overall, all the staff at Libro London South are helpful, kind and understanding. There is hardly any wait times in the branch which is awesome and the Libro Connect (call Center) team is also there with extended hours just in case the branch is closed.
