The people at Plymouth Corrdage in Welland do not listen::::No security at night anyone can come in and out of residence with no questions asked which in my opinion is dangerous: There is no set time for meals there are 2 seatings and they always run up to 1 hour late leaving elders who need to take meds with meals waiting sitting there confused and it is really bad for anyone including elders to be eating a dinner at 7 pm and then go to there rooms. 5ths can cause cramps upset stomach a change in bowl movements cramping I could go on and on. Activities are minimal and there is nothing special about this place. I feel like they think there residence are cattle. They neglect the fact that they need help in the kitchen or help organizing meal times because the people that word there are laid back attitude and don’t care

The cleaning lady never cleans my elders toilet or shower and she does a half ass job. I alway go in there and clean my family members room

Tell me why am I paying all this money ,,,,,,you either micromanage your staff or loose residence and I will start complying to the Ministry and Anyone else who will hear me maybe then you’ll be serious n make the necessary changes. Thank you for listening

My great aunt has lived at Plymouth Cordage for a few years now and has always enjoyed it. She speaks French and has a lot of French speaking friends there. We are very grateful for everyone at Plymouth for providing a good home for my aunt. The staff and the management are top notch and the food is great as well, my family and I are very pleased.

Residents and Staff here are great! The staff are always friendly and eager to help. The rooms are clean and inviting. The food is wonderful, lot's of variety and plentiful. Love the atmosphere - very welcoming! Great sense of community! Good job Plymouth Cordage!

Since making "Plymouth Cordage" my home, December 1, 2019, I am so grateful to be here. Many reasons come to mind.... great food, immaculate housekeeping and awesome nursing staff!! So many activities everyday. But since we have been limited to "Essential Visitors" at Retirement Residences....... I must thank the awesome staff, for all their help. The staff are a well run group of people, each having their job to do, but always ready and able to help where ever needed. Quietly and constantly, they are always there for us, the residents!! This place may well be Welland's best kept secret!!!!!!!

One of the worst places ever. Absolutely no regard for the residents and no staff. The few good staff are overworked and stressed beyond belief. This is not a place for your loved ones if they need any care at all. Even the dining room is short staffed and you are not made to feel welcome. My advice - go anywhere else.
