首先是不厌其烦地为我找合适的资源。第一轮卖方见有人下offer，而且offer增加到卖方的要价，就不卖了，要将卖价增加15万。Li先生团队又耐心并积极地为我找新源。
在找到合适的地块后，Li先生又很专业地与对方经纪人沟通。第一轮对方回复的价格我觉得已经比叫价低了好几万，所降的百分比幅度已经可以接受。但Li先生为买家考虑，又下了第二个offer，对方又降低了几万，买方以叫价的20%拿下这块地。这的确使我这个买家非常开心。
因着成交价低，Li先生的佣金也会相应减少。但李先生为顾客利益最大化的心，必蒙记念。
同时，我对Li先生及团队的专业技能熟练、及时或提前提醒/帮助客户处理交易中的各项技术问题有深刻印象。这需要经纪人有丰富的专业知识和经验。这也是我对Li先生团队的服务非常称心的原因之一。

We recently worked with Michael Li to lease our rental and he was great to work with. Within hours of contacting him for a meet and greet he provided us information on rental rates and trends. Within a couple of days we moved forward with the MLS listing and had two showings on the first day with an offer 2 days afterwards.
