My entire family has bought insurance policies with LLP for the last 5 years. My parents recommended their broker, not only to find the best quotes for my first and second car, tenant insurance as well with my home insurance now, she has managed to always RUSH me off the phone or RUDELY INTERRUPT me whilst I am speaking, then has the audacity to call my mother that I had scolded her on the phone and complained to the President for not doing her job in explaining what my policy covers, the billing on it, not thoroughly answering my inquiries, AND I have to follow-up on documentation with her to ensure she has submitted my information to the underwriter and my banking information to the insurance company altogether. It takes over 24 hours for anyone to respond to my inquiries. I cannot speak to the other brokers that work at this company, but I am really expecting a response from someone here that speaks proper English. My family has several assets through this brokerage and to be treated this way is completely unacceptable and I will move all of our accounts if this does not get sorted in a timely manner.

Worth costumer service ever! On top of how rude Monica was, never gave clear information, always set for high insurance we were driving 2 months with a fake policy she gave and now it's on record. If I could put zero stars I would. Don't recommend this company at all.
