We had found a house fairly quickly and wanted to use a mortgage broker so that we could know all of our financial options. Larry was very quick to respond to us, even while on vacation! He was very efficient and his hours were certainly convenient as he could meet with us after 5. Larry also continued to follow up with us during the process to see how things were going and whether he could assist with anything. When we did have a question about something, he was very responsive and helpful. Larry also followed up with us after the closing date and our move date, since we moved in the middle of a snowstorm 🙂 Overall, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. He is very easy going and doesn't make you feel rushed. He is also honest and just a good overall guy. Highly recommend him for your mortgage questions and needs!

I had the pleasure of having Larry assist me with the purchase of my first home. At no point did I feel stressed out. Had talked with big bank once I found out I was posted. They were great till house hunting trip and they were impossible to contact. Larry was recommended by agent and so happy I did. If I left message he was back to me faster than any one. If there was information required about sale he directly talked with agent. Anything about bank he was dealing with. We wanted a garage and he help get the garage added on the mortgage.
